DMCA Policy for Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookie Dough

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookie Dough respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy is designed to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), including the notice and "take down" provisions of 17 U.S.C. ยง 512.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookie Dough service, please notify our designated copyright agent, as set forth below. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

DMCA Counter-Notification

The DMCA allows us to restore the removed content if the party filing the original DMCA notice does not file a court action against you within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notification.

To file a counter-notification, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookie Dough may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
